Have you ever tried or at least heard about Indonesian food?

Indonesian food is very authentic if you compare with other food. The taste of Indonesian food is a combination of Chinese, European, Middle East and Indian, which make Indonesian food is rich with flavors and scents. Most of the Indonesian food is known as spicy, yet delicious and rich of herbs and spices.  Because Indonesia is a country that comprise with many cultures, the way people cook the food will always have their own taste.

Here are some of the Indonesian Foods :

Lemper ayam is a sticky rice with shredded chicken inside. The rice is cooked with coconut milk until all the milk absorbed by the rice, then put the rice and the chicken together and wrap it with banana leaf. Usually people eat lemper ayam as an appetizer

Kue Putu
Kue Putu itself is a sweet authentic Indonesian dessert.
It is filled with authentic Javanese brown sugar, wrapped in steamed rice flour. It served with coconut flakes which make it more tempting.
It taste quite strong and I am sure it is a unique one that you can only find in Indonesia.
Usually, this cake is steamed in a tube made out of wood.
This cake can easily be found in numerous food stalls along the street and traditional market as well. More importantly, the signature of this cake is the sound that coming from the steamer makes the cake more unique and distinguishable. Kue putu is a perfect dessert in the afternoon

I hate the fact that "Es cendol" is freaking hard to get in where I'm living right now..I think I don't need to explain more about it since it mentioned really clearly what it is contained of.
